Delivery and Shipping.

Standard Delivery to UK - £4.95
Most orders placed before 3pm are shipped from our office the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks. This delivery service usually takes between 1-3 working days. For your protection, a signature may be required on delivery.

All items on the website are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery or CityLink Express and the cost is added to your order at checkout.

Payment Options.

myBoomBox accepts Credit/Debit Cards, Cash or Personal Cheque. Please note that goods will only be shipped after funds have cleared.


Warranty.

We offer a twelve (12) month warranty on all goods, unless otherwise stated. Manufacturers used in our products may offer warranties beyond this period, which you must persue with the original equipment manufacturer.


14-Day Money Back Guarantee.

In addition to the standard warranty, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with the product, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 7 days. The goods must be returned to us undamaged and in original condition within 14 days. The refund will only be issued for the amount of the purchased goods and will not include shipping costs. You must notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods that you wish to cancel the order by giving notice by letter, fax or email.

After the 14 day period myBoomBox reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 15% on goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required by the buyer.

Returns Policy.

To return goods for any reason, a goods return number (RMA) must be obtained from us and be clearly shown on the returned parcels. The goods must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging (which shall not be defaced or damaged) complete with accessories, manuals and documentation. Software packages must be returned unopened with the software seal intact. Except in the case of faulty goods, returned items not complying with these requirements will be rejected.

No refund will be made unless the Goods are returned physically undamaged, unmarked and properly packaged in original boxes. The Seller does not accept liability for Goods damaged in transit while being returned, so please return using an insured delivery service.
